 Dear Aspirants of the prestigious Lagos State University, as we await the announcement of this year's cut off mark, We'd like to give you an overview of the entire Admission process in concise terms

 I'd advice you take note of this information, as it will be of great importance to you.

 LASU Admission Process

♐ IIVC Verification Exercise

This exercise is only meant for Indigenes of Lagos State, the date of this will be passed on in due time (meaning No specific date yet).

♐ IIVC Verification Interview:

This will be done after the Registration and obtaining the IIVC manual form, this interview is for only Indigenes of Lagos State

Date, Venue and Time will be passed on in due time

♐ Biological Staff Children Registration:*

Biological staff children registration in LASU (Lagos State University) refers to the online registration process for staff members to register their biological children for admission into the university

♐Lasu Admission Screening:

LASU admission screening is the process by which Lagos State University filters and selects candidates for admission into the university

Key points about the Admission Screening;

To recap, here are the essential points:

1. Minimum UTME score: 195 (Unrevealed for this year)

2. LASU as the first choice institution

3. Admission screening portal opens for a specific period

4. Upload of relevant documents:

    - O'Level results

    - UTME scores

5. Acceptance of provisional admission offer within a stipulated period

6. Payment of acceptance fee

♐ Lasu Admission List;

Based on the experience from previous years, Lasu Admission list are usually released by October or November, e.g 2023 Admission list was released 6th, November 2023

♐ Payment of Acceptance & Medical fee:

The acceptance fee is a mandatory charge that confirms a student's intention to accept the provisional admission offered to them. (The price will be disclosed in due time)

♐ Lasu Online clearance (LACACA):

LASU online clearance is the process by which newly admitted students of Lagos State University (LASU) complete their admission clearance online

 NOTE:The fee and required documents for the Online clearance will be passed on in due time

♐ Resumption;

The date won't be disclosed yet, till further notice

♐ Payment of fees, other applicable fees and Registrations;

Upon completion of all the necessary clearance and Registrations, then you'll be recognised as a BONAFIDE student of the prestigious Lagos State University.

♐ Faculty, Departmental and Physical Clearance & Documentation;

This is the final stage in the Admission process, LASU physical clearance is the process by which newly admitted students of Lagos State University (LASU) complete their physical admission clearance at the university.

📝NOTE: ALL ADMITTED CANDIDATES ARE EXPECTED TO COMPLETE THE NECESSARY CLEARANCE AND REGISTRATION WITHIN THE GIVEN TIME.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT LASU

•LASU minimum cutoff mark for this year is not release yet, though last session was 195 so chances it will remain 195 this year is very high.

• LASU Does not make use of departmental aggregate acore 

•LASU only do screening not post UTME.

•LASU Location: Ojo, Ikeja, Epe and Badagry ( Ojo is main campus).

• Current Available Mode of Entry Programs are: (UTME Screening, Pre-degree and Direct Entry D.E,) No Part-time Program Yet.
