Universities That Accept Second Choice In Jamb

Many students are yet to gain admission into the universities of their choice because of this grave mistake of the "first choice and second choice" rule.

Some students picked the wrong choice that has caused them a year or more.

The "first choice and second choice" rule is an important thing to be fully aware of when you are hoping to get admission into a university.

So in today's article, we'll be talking about what first choice and second choice are all about.

Then I give you the list of universities that accepts the first choice and second choice in Nigeria.

The First Choice And Second Choice Rule

Let me try to break this down in a simple way.

First Choice means your top or best choice while others are alternatives. Also, the Second Choice is an alternative to the First Choice.

But some universities will not allow you to pick them as your second choice except the first choice.

If you do otherwise you will not be given admission by that university even if you score high in JAMB and meet all the admission requirements.

That means you don't have the intention of gaining admission into the university, you are just picking it as an alternative if anything goes wrong.

However, some universities will allow you to pick them as your second choice anytime any day.

That means if anything goes wrong with your first choice you can settle for the second choice.

But how do you know universities that accept the first choice and second choice? This article will guide and help you out.
